Developed, Implemented and managed the restructuring of six independent companies for single ownership. Developed and implemented SOP’s for the entities, developed companies HR departments and documents, re-tooled current employees and hired new staff for multiple entities while integrating all data into “one” operational reporting system for ownership to monitor all companies. Restructure accounting system and budgets for ownership to easily assess performance of the companies based on budgets, margins and profit. Established and Partnered a Real Estate Division focused on Land Development, entitlements and approvals. Manged and coordinated all aspects and task from concept, acquisition, entitlements, permits and sale. Over three years developed two industrial real estate projects totaling 5 million SQFT of approved and entitled warehouse space with projected a ROI of 700% for partnership.
Senior Consultant
Develop and implement programs to facilitate change management for companies. Provide management systems of financial, organizational and operational and management systems and reporting methodologies for companies with annual revenues ranging from $10-$55 million in annual gross sales. Provided consultant services for companies in multiple SIC classifications including: Financial Institutions, construction, entertainment, manufacturing, service based, governmental and both private and public sectors. Develop and implement internal procurement and sales programs customized for entities. Managed Human Capital from front line employees to senior management for companies during engagements with staffing levels ranging from 25-200 employees including developing standards of performance tied to profit and cost by job and task.

· Provided Property Management services for Not for Profit Residential Developers throughout Broward, Palm Beach and Dade County Florida’s.

Independent Consultant
Engagement to develop a community affordable housing program while integrating training and employment opportunities for at risk lower income families; the creation and establishment of a community based training, construction and homeownership service delivery model to provide local and regional organizations the opportunity to integrate diverse services in single delivery model.
• Developed and initiated a federal, state and municipal funding vehicle which led to an 18% increase of overall organization funding and a 15% increase in individual programs yearly funding.
• Developed customized training models combining On-the-Job performance based pay incentive programs. The programs facilitated performance based contracting between industry and state welfare programs. Utilizing the model, the organization trained and placed 650 individuals over a two-year period for a Federal Empowerment Zone Contract.
• Created cost reduction human resource model for client to secure two Federal contracts, which resulted in employment for over 500 individuals in a three-year period.
• The national program increased profitability for 75 clients through an 11% reduction of operational expenses and an average of 6% increase in employee incentive payouts from company incentive program implemented.
Independent Consultant – Program Developer
Engagement to develop, establish and implement housing renovation program for not for profit organization specializing in HUD property purchases, renovations and rental program for Section 8 low-income clients as well as an overall Foundation growth plan.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
*Implemented MS Project scheduling tool within the operational model, which allowed the organization to maintain 7-daycompletion schedule for the full renovation of HUD purchased homes.
*Instituted Job Cost controls that effected an18% reduction in labor cost per HUD renovation and a 37% reduction inOrganization’s property maintenance cost.
*Developed and implemented an overall Master Business Growth Plan which initiated a 35% increase in Organization’s real estate purchases and portfolio. The plan led to the organization to becoming the largest purchaser of HUD properties and provider of HUD Section 8 housing in Southern Florida.
